An admission advisor represents his college/school / institution at a wide variety of recruiting events and also reviews of college applications and makes recommend decisions regarding acceptance.

Skills required for the Admission Advisor Job:
1.Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Able to deliver speeches .
3. Familiar with presentation software.
4. Able to keep materials organized to easily access records and prioritize tasks.
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Able to relate to a wide range of young adults with differing career goals. 7. able to solve problems creatively
8. Able to work effectively


Educational Requirement:
1.Minimum Requirement :bachelor’s degree.
2.Social work, business administration, marketing or accounting coursework helpful.
3. Experience in the field of counseling
4.To advance to a higher-level position in the admissions office, such as registrar a master’s or doctorate degree is required.
