Admission is open to both Boys and Girls who have passed their qualifying examination from recognized boards/school in India. Admission will be granted on the basis of merit in the Entrance Test to be conducted by ISTC Important dates: Schedule of CSIR CSIO Admission Event Dates Opening Date for Online submission of ISTC Entrance Form 01 May 2016 from 9:00 am Closing Date for Online submission of ISTC Entrance Form 31 May 2016 Extended Up to 06 June 2016 (5.00pm) Last date for Receipt of Application Form 10 June 2016 upto 5:00 pm Starting Date to print the e – Admit Card (Tentative) 20 June 2016 from 9:00 am Entrance Test Date (Day) 10 July 2016 from 9:15 am Result declaration (Tentative) 18 July 2016 Admission Counselling (Tentative) 27 & 28 July 2016 from 10:00 am Session starts on 08 Aug 2016, from 9:00 am Eligibility Criteria Essential Qualifications: Passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Science and English Entrance Test Entrance Test Syllabus – The test will comprise of questions in Mathematics, Science, Aptitude, English and General Knowledge.
