Eligibility Criteria

B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering)/ M.Sc./ M.C.A./ MBBS/ M.Pharm./ B.Pharm.(4 yr. Degree)/ BDS (4 yr. Degree) with at least 60% (55% marks for SC/ST) marks
OR
Associate Membership Examinations recognized as equivalent to B.E. / B.Tech. Degree conducted by recognized professional bodies (like Institution of Engrs. (India), Institute of Chemical Engrs., Aeronautical Society of India, Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers, Indian Institute of Metals etc.)

Candidates having degree from foreign universities must submit equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi for qualifying exam and proof of having obtained first class or 60% (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent in qualifying examination.


Passing the corresponding GATE paper as specified is mandatory.
