You will be directed to the new page.

Then click on the link “Admission/ Registration/ Examination/Course Plan”

Now “New Admission form for Session 2016 - 2017”

Again a new page will open



On this page you have to login first, to get the application form.

Enter the details on this page and then click on “Open Form”

Then you will get the form.
