After completing diploma, one can get direct entry into B.Tech II Year. The admission to the B.Tech II Year program is through lateral entry plan and is done through certain admission tests.

Exam Pattern of Engineering Lateral Entry Entrance Exams

-The entrance test consists of multiple-choice questions.
-The questions will be on the basis of the syllabus of diploma.
-The test mainly covers questions on Engineering Mechanics, Graphics, Physics/Chemistry/Maths of Diploma standard, Basic Electrical Engineering etc.
