You have to go on homepage of official website of UPSC.

The link for Admit Card in located in right middle side.

Click on that link and reach on a new page that looks like following image:



On this page, you will get link to download admit card of Indian Forest Service Exam.

You can download admit card by Registration ID and Roll Number given by UPSC in SMS.
