Master Sgt. Randy R. McKenzie, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

First Sergeant Category -
Master Sgt. Brian S. Partido, Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Partido's leadership as a First Sergeant

Civilian Category I - S
