Eligibility:

Nationality:
A candidate must be a Citizen of India.
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan is also eligible.
A Tibetan Refugee who live in India before 1st January 1962 is also eligible.

Age limit:
Minimum age is 20 years.
Maximum age is 30 years.

Qualification:
Candidate must have Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India.
