I am interested in giving entrance exam of IAS after BA Economics with 44 % .Am I eligible or not ?

Yes definitely you are eligible for the entrance exam of IAS after BA Economics with 44 % . Indian Government invites online applications from the Indian students for the Administrative Civil Services by organising the IAS Exam to fill up the prestigious Posts like Indian Foreign Service Indian Administrative Service Indian Police Service Indian Revenue Service Eligibility criteria: The age limit for General Category applicants is 21-30 years. For SC/ST Aspirants it is 21-35 years For OBC Aspirants it is 21-33 years Applicants must have to pass Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University are eligible to apply this exam. Aspirants who have passed the final year of MBBS or any Medical degree Examination but are yet to complete the internship can also appear for the Main Examination. Candidates should be citizen of India. The students who is a Ex-service men will get a exception of 5 years from the prescribed limits. Selection procedure: IAS examination offers following no.of attempts: OBC students -7 times General students -4 times No limit for SC/ST students The selection process of IAS exam comprises of following two steps: Written test(preliminary and mains) Personal interview |
