Buddy , yes you are eligible for clerk exams , but you cannot eligible for PO exams . othere eligibility criteria are as follows

I.B.P.S Clerical Cadre:

A General Category candidate should have minimum 60% of marks in 10Th Class can eligible to apply for Clerical Cadre Post.
Other than General Category Candidates only qualification is enough

A General Category Candidate should have minimum 50% of Marks in Intermediate/10+2th/any equivalent Can eligible to apply for Clerical Cadre Posts
.Other than General category Candidates only need qualification is enough

Any Candidates one have minimum graduation can eligible to apply for these posts

S.B.I and S.B.I Associates: clerk exams

A candidate should obtained minimum 60% of marks in Intermediate/10+2Th or equivalent qualification can eligible to apply for S.B.I or S.B.I Associates Clerical Cadre Posts

Any Graduation can eligible to apply for Clerical Cadre Posts.

Age Limits for All Public Sector Clerical Cadre Posts:

General Category
candidate should attained minimum age is 18 years and not maximum 28 years of age

Open Backward Category
candidate should attained minimum age is 18 years and not maximum age is 31 years of age

SC/ST
candidate should attained minimum age is 18 years and not maximum age is 33 years of age
For Physically with disabled Candidates:

candidate should attained minimum age is 18 years and not maximum 38 years of age.
