Re: After Engineering Job M.Tech or MBA

Hello user

First of all I would like to congratulate you for your successful completion of graduation.

Here in response of your question I am enlisting the various necessary details which are as follow:

A. So here I would like to tell you that a postgraduate qualification is becoming increasingly important for peoples like you with engineering background.

B. M.Tech is a long-term investment in your technical career and it will secure your position in the organisation and also help you gain a higher position.

C. Most government organisations and research bodies ask for M.Techs or MEs as they consider these people to be more resourceful than the normal B.Techs or BEs.

D. The another aspect in your carrier is that having already obtained a technical degree, an MBA will complete your skills in the wider areas of management that usually include finance, marketing, human resource management, organisational behaviour and management strategy.

E. Doing an MBA is also important because an engineer today is the primary manager of change within the organisation who implements new practices and technology.

At last I would like to mention that if you don’t prefer any of these options then you can go up for a Job.

Hope that much of the relevant information will be good enough for you.
