Hello buddy If you have failed in 3 subjects then you certainly have to reappear for the 12th board again.

You can get admission in the school itself you were studying previously to appear for 12th board again.

If that school is not allowing you to take admission again then you can take admission in some other private school also and reappear for the exam.
You have also an option to appear for 12th board from open schooling. You can opt for open schooling from NIOS and prepare for 12th board exams on your own.
