The JAM Entrance is conducted by IITs for admission in M.SC Course.

Eligibility Criteria:
Have Bachelor in Science or B.Tech Degree with relevant discipline from recognized University with minimum of 55% marks.

Duration of Course: 2 Years

The JAM Entrance Exam 2017 will be held by IIT Delhi.

Age Limit: There is no age restriction.

Application Fee:
One Test Paper Two Test Papers
Female (All Categories)/ SC/ST/PwD Rs. 750/- Rs. 1050/-
General and OBC Rs. 1500/- Rs. 2100/-

Exam Pattern:
Total Sections: 03

Section A
30 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) involving 10 questions of one mark each and 20 questions of two marks each.

Section B
10 Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) carrying two marks each.

Section C
20 Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions involving 10 questions of one mark each and 10 questions of two marks each.

Negative Marking:
For each wrong answer of 1 mark questions, 1/3 marks will be deducted
