The Andhra Pradesh government has published orders relaxing the upper age limit for direct recruitment from 34 years to 40 years for the ensuring recruitments by the AP Public Service Commission and other recruiting agencies.

Age Limit


The most extreme age cut-off is 28 years for Non-Gazetted posts and 26 years for Gazetted posts.

SC, ST, BC - 5 years

Physically Handicapped - 10 years

Different Restrictions/Exceptions:

Workers of State Government endeavours are not qualified for any age unwinding.

The above age limits can't surpass a greatest of 40 years for BC’s and 45 years for ST and SC.

Dowagers, separated ladies, judicially isolated from their spouses who are not remarried, the most extreme age limit can't surpass (for specific classes of posts) 40 years for SC and ST and 35 years for OBC.
