HI!! As you want to know details of All India Bar Examination here I will help you so that I can get idea. Eligibility Candidate must be India citizen. Candidate has to qualify their LLB Degree (either 3 years or 5 Years). Candidate will be registered as an advocate professional with any State Bar Council. Candidates have to submit the suitable proof of the enrollment. There is no limit to appear for the All India Bar Examination. Syllabus The syllabus of the AIBE (X) 2017 will be prescribed by the Bar Council of India for the 3 year and 5 year LLB programmes at law schools in India. The syllabus consist of various topics such as Limitation Act, Family Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, Jurisprudence, Administration Law, Professional Ethics& Cases of Professional misconduct under B.C.I rules, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Prop Laws, Spl Contract N.I Act, Cr. P.C, Evidence, etc. Exam pattern Candidates will be answering questions from twenty subjects. The subjects are taken from the syllabi prescribed by the Bar Council of India for the three-year and five-year L.L.B. programmes at law schools in India. The subjects are divided into two categories. The Examination paper will contain at least 7 questions from each ‘Category I’ subject. The paper will also have 23 questions from the ‘Category II’ subjects as a whole. These twenty-three questions will include questions from at least 5 Category II subjects. Category I subjects will be tested in Part I of the question paper and Category II subjects will be tested in Part II of the question paper. Application Fee All the candidates applying for the AIBE (X) 2017 online application, they have to pay Rs. 2500 + Rs 60 as bank transaction charge. Candidates will deposit the application fee only through Challan from any branch of the State Bank of India. |
