AICEP is a universal affiliation, exploratory and specialized, non-administrative nature and non-benefit whose design is to advance nearer relations among its individuals, keeping in mind the end goal to add to the harmonization, improvement and modernization of Communications, inside their separate associations, including the immediate and compelling backing to projects and activities in creating nations of the Portuguese dialect, specifically through collaboration for the advancement.
