Paste photographs. Attest it from the Principal of your college / any Gazetted Officer.

Forward the Application Form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 2,600 (two thousand six hundred only) without late fee upto 30/04/2016 and Rs. 2, 850/- (Rupees two thousand eight hundred and fifty only) with late fee upto 07/05/2016 drawn on any nationalized Bank, in favour of 'The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth" payable at Pune.
