Eligibility
Candidates must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent from any recognized board

Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English must be main subjects in class 12th examination.

A minimum score of 60% for General Category and Other Backwards Castes and 50% for SC/ST is required.

In case of students appearing for qualifying examination, they are allowed to apply for AIIMS. Afterwards, however, they need to submit documentary evidence of passing the qualifying examination with required score and subjects.

In case of institute considering an examination of an Indian university or a foreign university equivalent to 12th class under 10+2 scheme, the candidate has to produce a certificate to the effect that examination passed by them s equivalent to 112th class under 10+2 scheme.

Scheduled Caste [SC] - Rs 800.00 + Transaction Fees (as applicable)

Scheduled Tribe [ST] - Rs 800.00 + Transaction Fees (as applicable)

OPH - EXEMPTED

Exam pattern
The Exam will be of 3½ hours duration and will have one paper consisting of 200 objective type (multiple choice and reason- assertion type) questions from subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge.

Subject - Number of Questions
•Physics - 60 questions
•Chemistry - 60 questions
•Biology (Botany and Zoology) - 60 questions
•General Knowledge - 20 questions

Question paper will be provided either in English or in Hindi according to the choice marked during application.

Marking Scheme:-

•Each incorrect response will get a score of- 1/3 (minus-one-third).
•Each correct response will get a score of 1 mark.
•No credit will be given for the questions not answered.
•More than one response will be treated as a wrong answer and negatively marked.
