Can you please tell me All India Institute of Medical Sciences MBBS Entrance Examination (AIIMS MBBS) is a pre medical type of test, if not can you please get some information?

I would like to tell you that All India Institute of Medical Sciences MBBS Entrance Examination (AIIMS MBBS) is not an pre medical type of test and here I will get details of exam. Eligibility Age Limit: Candidates must be completed the age of minimum 17 years Qualification: Candidates must be cleared 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with securing minimum 60% marks for General & OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/OPH Candidates. Appearing Students: Candidates appearing in 12th or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply. Application fee General - Rs 1000.00 + Transaction Fees (as applicable) Other Backward Classes [OBC : Both Creamy and Non-creamy Layers] - Rs 1000.00 + Transaction Fees (as applicable) Scheduled Caste [SC] - Rs 800.00 + Transaction Fees (as applicable) Scheduled Tribe [ST] - Rs 800.00 + Transaction Fees (as applicable) OPH - EXEMPTED Exam pattern The Exam will be of 3½ hours duration and will have one paper consisting of 200 objective type (multiple choice and reason- assertion type) questions from subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge. Subject - Number of Questions Physics - 60 questions Chemistry - 60 questions Biology (Botany and Zoology) - 60 questions General Knowledge - 20 questions Question paper will be provided either in English or in Hindi according to the choice marked during application. Marking Scheme:- Each incorrect response will get a score of- 1/3 (minus-one-third). Each correct response will get a score of 1 mark. No credit will be given for the questions not answered. More than one response will be treated as a wrong answer and negatively marked. |
