The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar has published notification for the recruitment of 178 Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor (Group A) vacancies in various departments under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) on direct recruitment basis.

1. Professor: 41 Posts
2. Additional Professor: 33 Posts
3. Associate Professor: 46 Posts
4. Assistant Professor: 58 Posts

Educational Qualification:

A post Graduation qualification e.g. MD/ MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/ subject and/ or M.Ch for surgical super Specialties

D.M for Medical Super Specialties (02 years or 03 years or 05 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto for Post No. 01 to 04 (Medical Candidates)

Post Graduation qualification e.g. Master Degree in the discipline/ allied subject and Doctorate Degree of a recognized University for Post No. 01 & 02(Non Medical Candidates).

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit should be not exceeding 58 years for Post No. 01 & 02 and 50 years for Post No. 03 & 04 as on closing date for receipt of application.

Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST/ PH (OH)/ Government Servant (As per DoPT instruction) candidates & 03 years for OBC candidates.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on exam & interview.
