All India Post Graduate Entrance Examination is conducted by National Board of Examination for Admission Under 50% Seats Quota In MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses In Medical & Dental Colleges.

The exam is conducted for admission to as many as 5500 MD/MS/Diploma seats in government medical colleges of India under 50% All India Quota scheme.

According to NBE officials, last year a total of 74000 candidates took the post graduate medical entrance exam for admissions to as many as 5500 seats in 30 MD/MS and 24 Diploma programmes.

AIPGMEE 2016 Cut off:

The cut off score is the qualifying marks as prescribed by examination authority which candidates must score to qualify the entrance test.

The AIPGMEE 2015 cut off score depends on availability of seats, number of applicants, and difficulty level in the entrance examination.

According to officials, the qualifying mark of AIPGMEE 2016 is 50% marks for general category and 40% for SC, ST and OBC category.
