By and by the Department of Law is sufficiently lucky to have ritzy, prominent and capable Faculty. Just about 90% of them are having Doctorate Degrees in different specializations of law. Add up to quality of the Faculty is 26. At present there is one Professor, six Senior Associate Professors, seven Assistant Professors and five Guest instructors and three Visiting Faculties. The Faculty of Law, A.M.U., Aligarh has been effectively seeking after higher scholarly brilliance.

With acquiring radical changes the Legal Education in India to make it more cutting edge, socially applicable, prudent reasonable, professionally work arranged best endeavors are being made to amend the Syllabus and the Course Curriculum as and when required we have incorporated into our syllabus â?? Rivalry Law, Cyber Law, Banking and Law, Mines Law, Maintenance Law, Banking and Insurance Law, International Trade Law and so forth keeping in view the cutting edge needs of the general public.

The Faculty of Law is by and by running 5 year B.A.LL.B. (Coordinated) Course, 2 years LL.M. Course alongside 3 P.G. Recognition Courses in different specializations.

Two noteworthy Research Projects, by University Grants Commission (UGC) and ICSSR have been effectively finished. The Department of Law has been positioned at sixth position regarding scholarly and inquire about Excellence, among the Indian Law Universities.
