Here is the cut off passing marks Category Cut off marks General 65-75 SC/ST 55-60 OBC 45-50 Exam pattern Candidates will be answering questions from twenty subjects. The subjects are taken from the syllabi prescribed by the Bar Council of India for the three-year and five-year L.L.B. programmes at law schools in India. The subjects are divided into two categories. The Examination paper will contain at least 7 questions from each ‘Category I’ subject. The paper will also have 23 questions from the ‘Category II’ subjects as a whole. These twenty-three questions will include questions from at least 5 Category II subjects. Category I subjects will be tested in Part I of the question paper and Category II subjects will be tested in Part II of the question paper. Application Fee: All the candidates applying for the AIBE 2017 online application, they have to pay Rs. 2500 + Rs 60 as bank transaction charge. Candidates would have to deposit the application fee only through Challan from any branch of the State Bank of India. Eligibility Candidate must be India citizen. Candidate has to qualify their LLB Degree (either 3 years or 5 Years). Candidate has to be registered as an advocate professional with any State Bar Council.
