All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national level entrance exam for Law courses . This exam is managed by the Bar Council of India.

AIBE Eligibility Criteria

Nationality :
Indian citizen.

Qualification:
Qualifies LLB Degree (either 3 years or 5 Years).

Candidate has to be registered as an advocate professional with any State Bar Council.

100 multiple choice questions

No negative marking.

Questions asked in the examination will be divided into :
Knowledge-based
Reasoning based’.

Duration of the examination
3 hours 30 minutes.
