Yes, you are eligible for the MS after completing MCA, for admission in the MS course you need to appear in the GRE examination. Following are the details of this examination:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed M.C.A. or M.Sc. 5 years integrated (IT / CS / Software Engineering) or B.E./ B.Tech. (EEE/ ECE/ Electronics/ IT/ CSE/ I&C/ E&I/Instrumentation) with good academic record from any recognized university……………………..

The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) has following three sections:

Verbal Reasoning Section
Quantitative Reasoning Section
Analytical Writing Ability Section
