Yes, you are eligible to register for the AMIE after completing 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The eligibility conditions for this course are as following:

Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed +2/HSC/PDC with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with minimum 45% marks from any recognized board of India.

Or

The applicant should hold A recognized 3-year Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent, in any branch of engineering.
