Eligibility:

-You must hold Master’s Degree with minimum marks-

55% of marks or equivalent grade point average for courses in the Faculties of Arts, Education and Indian Languages and

60% of marks or equivalent grade point average for the Faculties of Science, Engineering & Technology and Agriculture.

For Faculty of Science, 55% in M.Sc., with a First Class in M.Phil. Degree in the concerned subject or its equivalent grade point

50% of marks in the concerned subject for admission to Ph.D. Programme for the Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry.

Selection procedure:

You must fulfils all the eligibility criteria , eligible candidates will be scrutinized by a Doctoral Committee which consists of the Head of the Department, proposed guide and two or three senior staff members . Eligible candidate have to appear for a written test and an interview and the marks and the evaluation report will be placed before the Vice-Chancellor.
