I want the application form of Convocation of Karnataka State Open University KSOU so can you please provide me?

Karnataka State Open University conducts Annual Convocation in the month of March.

You are required to furnish complete information in the form and then affix a Passport size colour photograph, TWO photos
may be placed in separate envelope and enclosed with the Application.

Self attested Photo copies of Marks Cards of all the years shall
be invariably enclosed.

The candidate shall sign in all the places where he/she is
required to sign.

After payment of the prescribed fee (KSOU Examination Fund
Challan) the completed application form shall be sent directly
