Hii Buddy , I want to know Is Agricultural Research Services ICAR NET Exam Equivalent to UGC NET , Can you please tell me ?

ICAR Stands for Indian Council for Agricultural Research.

The NET Examination for Agricultural subjects is Conducted by Agricultural Science Recruitment Board of ICAR, on behalf of UGC.

There will be a Prelim Examination and those who qualify Prelim Examination will be eligible for Main examination to fill up the Vacancies of Scientists in Agricultural Research Service (ARS).

ICAR NET exam equivalent to UGC NET






Eligibility Criteria ;

For admission to Agricultural Research Service/National Eligibility Test a candidate must have a Master's degree or equivalent in the concerned subject

Age :

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years but not have attained the age of 32 years as on the respective year of the exam.

ARS NET Consists of questions from the relevant subjects.

ARS NET Exam Pattern :
