Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) would conduct the ASRB NET in two stages – Preliminary Examination and NET (National Eligibility Test) in online mode at nearly 23 centers in the country Eligibility: ARS -Age Limit Candidate must have attained the age of 21 years. Maximum age limit is 32 years. Relaxation in age is provided to the candidates belonging to reserved categories. -Educational Qualification- Candidate must have Master degree or equivalent from the concerned discipline from a state or central recognized institute. NET -Age Limit – Candidate must have attained the age of 21 years. There is no upper age limit. -Educational Qualification Candidate must have Master degree or equivalent from the concerned discipline from a state or central recognized institute. Duration of the test is 120 minutes. Total number of questions in the examination – 150. Type of questions – multiple choice/objective type. For each correct answer, 1 mark would be credited. For each incorrect answer, 1/3 marks would be deducted from the candidate’s score. Language medium of the question paper – English and Hindi. Mode of the examination – online. Candidate has to mark his answer on computer using mouse. Use of keyboard is prohibited. Standard of paper will be that of a Master’s degree of an Indian University. |
