the AUCET is an Common Entrance Examination of the Andhra university for Admission into the various Science, Arts, Engineering and Law Courses offered in Campus Colleges of Andhra University (AU), Visakhapatnam, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University (BRAU), Srikakulam, P.G. Centres, and Colleges affiliated to AU & BRAU offering P.G.Courses.

Eligibility Criteria :

Undergraduate Course :

Candidates may Clear their Higher Secondary Examination in the Respective Streams in which they wants to get Admission with Minimum 50 percent and 45% for the Reserved Category


Post graduate Course :

Completed their graduation from a recognised university with 50 percent marks. The candidates, who are in the final year of their graduation,
are also eligible to apply

Paper pattern :

Total questions:
The paper will consist of total 100 questions, with four alternative answers (a, b, c, d) for each.
The 90 questions are divided into three parts, viz,
A, B and C. Part A contains 40 questions(40 marks);
Part B contains 30 questions (30 marks),
Part C contains 20 questions (20 marks).
Negative marking: For every incorrect answer, 1/4 mark will be deducted.
