Role and Responsibilities:

The Admissions Office and Data Manager serves as the primary point of contact with admissions inquiries and visitors, and sets the tone for a welcoming and professional relationship with the admissions department.

This position is responsible for maintaining the admissions database and records, as well as for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate departmental effectiveness and efficiency.

This position supports the admissions team but also works cross-functionally with other departments such as the business office, advancement, the registrar, the clinic, and IT.

Eligibility

This position requires a minimum of three years of experience with
significant responsibility for critical operational data preferably in a school
environment.

BA or BS degree.

Database experience, preferably with an admissions system such as Senior
Systems.

Expert user of Excel and other Office computer software and applications.

Familiarity with the French education system.
Bilingual speaker of French.
