Back pain is one of the most common pain disorders today .It is a chronic condition characterized by a persistent dull or sharp pain per the lower back.

It may be also associated with burning, stiffness, numbness or tingling with the pain shooting down the buttocks and the legs.

-Lifting heavy weights
-Back injury
-Improper sitting posture
-Slipped disk

Symptoms
-Dull or sharp shooting pain in back
-The pain may be in a localized area or radiating in nature

Ayurvedic Treatment

Natural home remedy using wheat, coriander powder, cuscus powder and milk
-Soak 60 g of wheat in water overnight
-Add 2 tsp coriander powder in the morning
-Add 2 tsp cuscus powder
-Blend this into a paste
-Take 250 ml of milk in bowl
-Add the mixture to the milk
-Boil for 20 min
-Eat this lukewarm

Natural home remedy using garlic and coconut oil
-Garlic has pain relieving properties
-Take a frying pan
-Add 60 ml of coconut oil
-Add 8-10 cloves of garlic
-Fry this mixture till garlic turns dark brown
-Apply this oil when lukewarm on the affected area
