Yes, of course, you can do B.Com (Regular) along with Chartered Accountant. The basic requirements for the both of courses are that the applicant should have completed 12th with commerce subject from any recognized board of India.

The CA course has following three stages:
Common Proficiency Test (CPT)
Professional Competence Course (IPCC) and Practical Training
C.A.Final Course
