The Andhra University conducts the Bachelor of Education Common Entrance Test for admission in to the Bachelor of Education within Andhra Pradesh for the academic year beginning 2014. Following are the details of it:

Eligibility
The applicant should have completed BA or B.Sc or B.Sc Home Science or B.Com or B.C.A or B.BM with a minimum of 50 per cent marks.

Paper Pattern
Part A: General English (25 questions)
Part B: General Knowledge (15 questions) and Teaching Aptitude (10 questions)
Part-C: Methodology Candidate is required to select any one of the following subjects
Mathematics (100 questions)
Physical Sciences: Physics (50 questions) and Chemistry (50 questions)
Biological Sciences: Botany (50 questions) and Zoology (50 questions)
Social Studies: Geography (35 questions), History (30 questions), Civics (15 questions) and Economics (20 questions)
English (100 questions)

Last date for submission of online application form without late fee: April 24, 2014
Last date for submission of online application form with late fee of Rs 500: April 30, 2014
Hall Tickets available on website from: May 19, 2014
Date of Ed.CET 2014 exam: June 2, 2014
Results to be declared on: June 23, 2014
