The Indira Gandhi National Open University offers 2 years distance learning BEd course under school of education & the course is recognized by all member Universities of Association of India Universities (AIU). Following are the details of admission in this course:

Eligibility:
the applicant should hold A Bachelor’s or higher degree from a recognized university with 50% marks, and Two years’ full time teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate teacher in a primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school

Tentative dates:
Last date to submit filled-in application form to the concerned Regional Centre: 15/07/2014
Entrance Test Date: 18/08/2014
