B Sc IT Syllabus Kuvempu University
Can you provide me the syllabus of B Sc IT program as offered by Directorate of Distance Education Kuvempu University as I want to check it before taking up the course? The Distance Education programmes are also a part of the Kuvempu University's outreach programmes to foster University-Society relationship with the motto of "Education for All", to take quality education to the doorsteps of desirous individuals who want to take up higher education. As per my knowledge, Directorate of Distance Education Kuvempu University does not offer B Sc IT program. The courses it offers under B Sc are as follows: B.Sc. [English Medium] Candidate can opt for any one of the following combinations with two languages, Language - I and Language II: Language 1. Kannada 2. English 3. Hindi 4. Urdu 5. Sanskrit 6. Physics 7. Mathematics 8. Chemistry 9. Botany 10. Zoology 11. Environmental Science Physics / Chemistry / Botany / Zoology I Year B.Sc. Paper – I II Year B.Sc. Paper – II III Year B.Sc. Paper - III & IV Mathematics I Year B.Sc. Paper – I II Year B.Sc. Paper – II III Year B.Sc. Paper - III, IV & V Eligibility Conditions One should have completed Science PUC or 10+2 or equalent science course. One who has passed ITI/JOC (vocational course) at any of the recognized institutes within Karnataka is eligible for admission to B.Sc. Procedure for Admission under Distance Education Stream The Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta. The filled-in application should be submitted to the Directorate on or before the last date specified in the admission notification. Procedure for Admission through Study Centres (For candidates applying through the Study Centres only) One can collect the application and prospectus from the Study Centres by paying the prescribed fee. The admission confirmation, Registration card duly signed by the Director and course materials is issued by the Director, Directorate of Distance Education directly/ through study centre.
