Certificate from the Head of the Institute where from passed 10+1 and 10+2

Detailed Marks Card of 10+1

Qualifying Examination Detailed Marks Card (10+2)

PMET-2015 Admit Card and Result Card

Character Certificate from Institution last attended

Certificate in support of claim under reserved category

Punjab Residence Certificate

Sworn Declaration from the Parent/Guardian after affixing self attested recent Photograph (that their child/ward not availed any Residence benefit in any other state

Undertaking by candidate after affixing self attested recent photograph regarding Gap year, if there is Gap after 10+2 examination

Copy of Bank Challan Form for Online Payment of requisite fee
