Job Description (Overview of Role)

Responsible for design, development, implementation and maintenance of the prophesy Data storehouse and HR data repository within HR Technology team.

Work frankly with business analysts, data architects and ETL Teams to understand the needs, develop and deliver database solutions to gratify business goals and strategic direction of the organization.

Responsibilities

At least 4-7 years for IT experience including some experience in cloud technologies.
At least 1 year + experienced in Workday Custom Report writing.
Must have worked on creating calculated fields both Report Specific and Global.
Must have good understanding on Trended data within Workday and Dashboard creating capabilities.
Should have detail understanding for Organizations from HCM domain perspective.
Knowledge about Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking and Performance/Talent Management modules is nice to have.
Acquaintance about Workday Studio and BIRT understanding is nice to have.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in (or equivalent) in Computer science or Management Information Technology or related field.

4+ years’ experience in IT industry and at least 1 year exp in workday custom reporting.

Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
