Responsibilities

Writes and posts content online; maintains perpendicular Web pages and blog(s)
Contributes to/updates the vertical employee engagement site SYNC

Works with developers/IT team to assess any technical challenges (technical troubleshooting) in displaying the content.

Helps develop & document procedures to manage the site

Moderates content as it is contribute to the site by employees

Helps plan and implement dissimilar initiatives running with the vertical for achieving desired goals

Monitors comments and post them to the site

Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the site, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends

Coordinate content creation & publishing of newsletters

Prepare communications including announcements, presentations etc as needed.

Requirements

Education- Any Graduate

Experience Range- 3- 5 years

Mandatory skills

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Experience in writing - content management and internet research
Experience with Employee Engagement and implementation of social media marketing

Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Ms Office - Excellent knowledge on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, Photo shop, Flash & Share Point 2010
