Bank of England and The Federal Reserve

I recently visited New York and heard about the Federal Reserve, the Bank of England want to know in details about this bank. Can you please tell me who owns this bank and tell me lists of all important members located in Federal Reserve, the Bank of England?

The Bank of England is the central bank of the United Kingdom and the model on which most modern central banks have been based.

Established in 1694 to act as the English Government's banker, and still one of the bankers for the Government of the United Kingdom

The Bank works together with other institutions to secure both monetary and financial stability, including:

HM Treasury, the Government department responsible for financial and economic policy; and
Other central banks and international organisations, with the aim of improving the international financial system.
