The Broward Addiction Recover Center (BARC) will soon have a new home with space to accommodate more people in a state of the art facility designed to provide the best care available for people in need of alcohol and drug addiction treatment

Admissions and Assessment

The admissions unit is comprised of intake caseworkers and licensed clinicians who conduct comprehensive assessments and, in conjunction with the client, determine the most appropriate level of care to identify and address each individual’s unique needs.

The Admissions unit is open to Broward County residents Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m
