As you want to know about Leave Travel Concession (LTC)? Rules for BARC recruitment for the post of OCES Trainee, so here are following details:

OCES trainees as well as DGFS fellows are paid a stipend of Rs.20,000/- per month during the period of their training and a one-time book allowance of Rs.5,000/-.

Pay Scale:
Pay in Pay Band - Rs 15,600 Per Month (The officer will be placed in PB 3 - 15600-39100)
Grade Pay :- Rs 5400 PM
Dearness Allowances as applicable
House Rent Allowance @30%, 20% and 10% as applicable as per rules
Transport Allowance :- Rs 3200 + DA (A1 & A2 cities) / 1600 + DA ( Other cities)

Boarding and Lodging in DAE/institute Hostel/Guest House is mandatory.

Other Allowances are also payable such as Children Education Allowance, Professional Update Allowance and Leave Travel Concession (LTC).

A comprehensive Contributory Health Service Scheme (CHSS) for employees and their dependent family members is also available at all DAE Units.
