Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is a State Level Entrance Exam Conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board

BCECE Exam is Conducted for Admission to Various UG courses in the field of Engineering, Medical, Agriculture and technology.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate appearing for the exam must have passed class 12th (intermediate), from a recognized board having 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Math/biology.

Application Fees

The application fees is Rs. 660/- (for General and OBC candidates) or Rs. 330/- (for SC and ST candidates). The candidates belong to PCMB group are required to pay the application fees of Rs. 730/- (for General and OBC candidates) or Rs. 365/- (for SC and ST candidates).

Exam Pattern :

The Exam is Conducted in is held in two steps:

1. Stage 1: Objective Test

2. Stage 2: Objective Test

First Phase

Qualifying paper

Duration:- 02 Hours and 15 Minutes.

Type - Objective Type

Sections:- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology.

50 Questions in each section

4 marks per correct anwer

-1 for each wrong answer

Second Phase -

Physics - 1 ½ hours duration - 400 marks

Chemistry - 1 ½ hours duration - 400 marks

Mathematics - 1 ½ hours duration - 400 marks

Biology - 1 ½ hours duration - 400 marks

100 Questions in each section

4 marks per correct answer

-1 for each wrong answer
