Homer Lane is responsible for the business administration of BRI including finances, facilities, information technology, grants and contracts, communications, human resources, and scientific administrative services including clinical research, intellectual property development, and compliance. He is also responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of research activities at VMMC. He joined BRI in 2011 as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer and was promoted to Executive Director and CFO of BRI and Vice President, Research, of VMMC in July 1, 2012.
