Well it totally depends upon you; all MBA, M.Tech and IAS are good options after B.Tech. You can choose one of these options according to your interest.

If you have interest in management filed then you should go for the MBA.

If you want study further in your own stream then you can opt for the M. tech.

If you're having zeal to serve your country with your hands then go for IAS

For MBA and IAS:
The applicant should have completed graduation with good academic record from any recognized university of India.

For M. tech:
The applicant should have completed graduation in the respective subjects with minimum 50% marks from any recognized university of India.
