Educational Qualification:

Matric/ SSLC. Diploma/ Degree in Pharmacy as approved by the Central/ State Govt, registered under Pharmacy Council Act for S.No-1

Matric / SSLC, Certified in a Govt. Hospital/ recognized institute for S.No-2

Matric/ SSLC with Science for S.No-3

B.Sc. (Nursing) must be registered with the State Nursing Council for S,N0-4

Matric/ SSLC recognized diploma in Physiotherapy for S.No-5

12th + Recognized diploma (Technician Course) in ophthalmology or equivalent for S.No-6

Relevant experience

Age Limit:

Candidate’s age should be 32 years

Age relaxation is 5 years for SC, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer (NCL)
