Scholarship:
BHP Billiton MBA Full Time Scholarship in the UWA Business School
Purpose:
To encourage and assist high achieving candidates to undertake an MBA (by coursework and dissertation) at the University

Duration of scholarship:
A maximum of five teaching periods, which are consecutive

Eligibility requirements:
(1) To be eligible for consideration for a scholarship, a candidate must—
(a) Be offered, and have accepted, a place in the MBA (by coursework and dissertation); and
(b) Not be fully funded or sponsored to undertake the MBA (by coursework and dissertation).

(2) To be eligible to take up a scholarship, an awardees must—
(a) Be enrolled in the MBA (by coursework and dissertation); and
(b) Not be fully funded or sponsored to undertake the MBA (by coursework and dissertation)

Selection criterion/criteria:
Graduate Management Admission Test score and course admission interview
Method of payment:
Five equal instalments, paid on or after the academic census date in each teaching period

Other administrative conditions:
(1) The value of the scholarship is determined by the UWA Business School.
(2) The number of scholarships available to be offered each year is determined by the UWA Business School.
