Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test BITSAT is a national level engineering entrance exam conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) for admissions to various B.Tech Programmes available across three campuses of BITS - Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.

BITSAT 2016 Eligibility Criteria:

12th examination from a recognized board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

Candidates should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects in 12th examination. Candidates must secure at least 60% marks in each of these subjects individually.

They must have adequate proficiency in English.

BITSAT 2016 Exam Pattern:

BITSAT 2016 is being conducted with 3 hour exam duration

The exam is of objective-type and is divided in 4 parts - Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV.

With a total of 150 questions,

Each question carries 3 marks,

There is a negative marking of 1 mark for wrong answer.
