ii. Photocopy of matriculation mark sheet & certificate
iii. Photocopy of Intermediate Mark sheet & certificate
iv. Photocopy of Graduation script and the degree
v. Photocopy of First Year mark sheet & Second Year admit card (if result awaited)
vi. C.N.I.C., copy of both parents and student (Form B in case student CNIC not available)

If the candidates are with foreign origin they will have to submit following documents in addition:

i. Photocopy of visa and passport
ii. A certificate from the embassy
iii. Letter of validation of qualification by the embassy concerned to the satisfaction that the qualification of the candidate is equivalent to the loc
